1. Operator

The website at omninput.app (the Website) is operated by Ontiqo Pty Ltd (ACN 701 340 418) of Daylesford, Victoria, Australia (Ontiqo). By using the Website you accept these terms.

2. The application

The Website provides information about Omninput and makes it available for download. It is not an offer to supply. Omninput is supplied:

1. for Windows, through the Microsoft Store, under the licence terms presented there; and
2. for macOS and Linux, as downloads and package repositories on the Website.

Licences bought through buy.omninput.app, including from within Omninput, are sold by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record, under the terms presented at checkout. Where those terms differ from the Website, they prevail.

3. Intellectual property

The content of the Website, including text, images, logos and product names, is owned by Ontiqo or used under licence. You may view, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not present it as your own, or use it to suggest an association with Ontiqo that does not exist.

4. Third-party websites

The Website links to third-party websites, including the Microsoft Store and Polar. Ontiqo is not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

5. Availability and liability

The Website is provided as is and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Ontiqo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
